We produce the following types of Potassium sulphate:
1. Potassium sulphate (SOP) – is a water-soluble potassium sulfur-containing chlorine-free fertilizer.
Potassium sulphate is used for basic, pre-sowing application and for feeding various agricultural and ornamental plantings grown in open and protected ground on all types of soil.
Potassium sulphate fertilizer is a water-soluble source of potassium with 18% sulfur content for fruits, vegetables and flowers. Recommended for cruciferous crops (kale, cauliflower, broccoli, kohlrabi, watercress, spinach, Brussels sprouts, radishes, turnips or fodder turnips, rutabaga), vegetable crops (peppers, eggplants, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.) and just serophilous crops: oilseeds. rapeseed, sunflower, onion, garlic, etc. Highly effective for chlorine-sensitive crops: potatoes, tobacco, flax, grapes, citrus fruits, early corn, etc.
Suitable for use as a component for the preparation of water-soluble NPK fertilizers and liquid complex fertilizers.
ADVANTAGES OF USING POTASSIUM SULPHATE:
- Does not contain chlorine, is an optimal additive for chlorine-sensitive crops;
- Has a low salt index, suitable for all types of soil;
- Does not contain nitrogen, which is an advantage at the final stages of plant development;
- Improves the quality and taste of vegetables and fruits;
- Improves the appearance and color, hardness and suitability of fruits and vegetables for processing, increases the shelf life of products;
- Increases plant resistance to abiotic stress (drought, frost), insects and diseases. More detailed application information is available upon customer request.
2. Potassium sulphate (SOP) technical grade is used in various fields of industry (for example, it is used to obtain alum and other chemical potassium compounds in metallurgy, as a charge component in glass production, and can be used in the pharmaceutical and food industries).
The product is packed in 25 kg and 50 lbs laminated polypropylene bags with polyethylene liner and in 1000, 1200 and 1250 kg big-bags.
Store in covered storage facilities that exclude penetration of precipitation and ground water.
Warranty period is 1 year from the date of manufacture under the recommended conditions of transportation and storage.
Shelf life is unlimited.
Application rates | Mode of application |
---|---|
50-300 kg / ha per year, depending on the type of crop, technology of cultivation, planned yield, method of application, taking into account agrochemical parameters of the soil | For all crops as basic and pre-seeding fertilization and side-dressing fertilization |
1.5-30 kg / ha (concentration of working solution 1.0-3.0%). Working solution application rate: 300-400 l /ha – field crops, 800-1000 l /ha fruits, vineyards | For all crops – foliar application during the growing season |
0.5-1.0 kg /1000 l of water. The application of the working solution depends on irrigation norms | Drip fertigation (application with irrigation water) – for vegetables, technical crops, fodder, fruits and berries, ornamentals |
0,1-0,5kg /1000 l of water. The aplication of the working solution depends on irrigation norms | Vegetables, ornamentals (greenhouse application) – root fertigation |
